1. About us This website is operated by Vector Front. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

2. Our products All products are laser-cut tactical patches manufactured to a high standard. We reserve the right to discontinue or modify products at any time. Product images are representative — minor colour variations may occur depending on your screen settings and every patch being cut from a different part of Cordura. Particularly with camouflage patterns.

3. Placing an order By completing checkout, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example if a product is out of stock or if we identify a pricing error. You will be notified promptly and any payment refunded in full.

4. Pricing and payment All prices are listed in GBP (£). We accept payment via the methods shown at checkout. Payment is taken at the time of order. We are not responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by your bank or card provider.

5. Shipping We ship from the United Kingdom. Standard orders are typically dispatched within 2–3 working days. Custom patch orders have a lead time of 1–2 weeks, with a target dispatch time of 7 working days. Delivery times after dispatch are estimates only and may be affected by customs processing for international orders. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery. 6. EU customers — consumer rights If you are based in the European Union, you benefit from mandatory consumer protections under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, including a 14-day right of withdrawal. 7. Intellectual property All designs, branding, and imagery on this site are the property of Vector Front. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our designs without prior written permission.

8. Limitation of liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vector Front shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the value of your order.

9. Governing law These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
