We want you to be completely satisfied with your Vector Front order. If you're not happy for any reason, we're here to help.
EU customers — 14-day right of withdrawal If you are based in the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason, in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive. To exercise this right, contact us at info@vectorfront.co.uk within 14 days of delivery.
How to return an item
- Email info@vectorfront.co.uk with your order number and reason for return
- We'll confirm your return and provide our return address
- Send the item back unused, in its original condition and packaging
Return postage
- For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return postage costs
- If the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover return postage in full
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. We do not charge restocking fees.
Non-returnable items Items that have been used, washed, or damaged after delivery cannot be returned unless faulty.
Faulty or incorrect items If you've received a faulty or wrong item, contact us at info@vectorfront.co.uk and we'll arrange a free return and send a replacement or full refund — whichever you prefer.
