Shipping policy
Order processing Standard orders placed through our website are typically processed and dispatched within 2–3 working days.
Custom orders Custom patch orders have a lead time of 1–2 weeks. We always aim to dispatch custom orders within 7 working days where possible. You will be notified by email once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping destinations We ship from the United Kingdom to customers worldwide, including all EU member states.
Estimated delivery times (after dispatch)
- United Kingdom: 2–5 working days
- European Union: 5–10 working days
- United States: 7–14 working days
- International: 7–14 working days
Please note that international deliveries may be subject to customs clearance, which can add to delivery time and is outside our control.
Shipping costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order value and destination. Free shipping is available on orders over £75.
Customs, duties, and taxes Orders shipped outside the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices or shipping fees. We recommend checking with your local customs authority if you are unsure.
Tracking Where available, tracking information will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched.
